This license will allow your small ministry to use the images in my ProphecyArt collections as part of online evangelistic efforts. You must purchase this license if you intend to show any of the images online in any form. No ProphecyArt images are included as part of this purchase. Please read the license information pertaining to this purchase: Purchase of this license will only get you a downloadable .pdf document stating the same information listed below. Purchase will attach the license to your account so you are in compliance with the agreement. Purchase of the license means you fully agree with and intend to comply with the license agreement.
Small Ministry Archive and Online Streaming License
The Steve-ish version:
Okay, so you want to put the sermon you just preached—or perhaps an entire series—online for the world to see. You are not trying to make money, just share the gospel. I get it. We need to get off this rock, and this is one way you are doing your part to try to speed that up.
This license lets you do exactly that without worrying about copyright issues later. It also helps me continue creating new artwork for the ProphecyArt collection. As long as an image or animation is part of ProphecyArt, it’s covered by this license. Because this is a blanket license, you’ll still need to purchase the individual images or animations you wish to use. One exception: this license does not include online advertising. If you’d like to use my artwork in ads or paid promotions, just contact me and we’ll find the right license.
Here’s the “but…”
This license is really intended for small churches and personal ministries—not large media organizations with donor funding, broadcast networks, or major production teams. If that’s you, I’d genuinely love to work with you; we’ll simply need a different licensing arrangement.
The Legalese-ish version:
The purchaser of this license is allowed to store and stream sermons and lectures online, on personal and ministry websites, YouTube, blogs, Facebook pages and similar platforms that utilize the images and videos from the ProphecyArt collections, with no time limit applied to such storage and streaming.
This license is intended for single churches and small ministries that do not intend to generate income from sermons or lectures using these images or videos. Please contact me if you wish to purchase additional licensing if you intend to make products for sale using my artwork.
This license does not include the right to use images in advertising online in any way. Please contact me if you would like to use my work in any form of advertising.
The purchase of this license does not include images or animations. Those must be purchased separately. This license provides blanket online coverage for any ProphecyArt images or animations you have already purchased or that you purchase in the future.
This license is not intended for physical media distribution such as on DVD or other transferable media. For that, please see my Small Ministry Production Video License
This license is non-transferable and does not give the bearer the right to redistribute my work.
